ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC

In order to qualify, you must meet the general experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards Handbook X-118C.
Qualifications:
Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C for the WG-2600-Electronic Equipment Installation and Maintenance Group, Electronics Mechanic. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most blue-collar positions, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. The screen out element for this position is the ability to do the work of a ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC without more than normal supervision. JOB ELEMENTS:
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
I. Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, repair of transport, tanker, or bomber. 2. Skill to select the right tool for each job. Ability to use a variety of electronic, electrical or Electro-mechanical test and measurement equipment. Knowledge of tools and materials accounting and security. 3. Ability to read and interpret a variety of technical data such as schematic diagrams, blueprints and technical orders relating to the electronics trade. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of operation, capabilities and limitations of complex electronic systems complicated by a variety of multi-component assemblies and devices of the aircraft. 5. Ability to determine when new aircraft electronic systems, a.,d assemblies should be installed, repaired, or reworked, and the extent of adjustment required. 6. Ability to test, overhaul, calibrate, troubleshoot repair, or fabricate complete electronic systems. 7. Knowledge of how a variety of aircraft pa,tS, accessories and components are removed, reinstalled and assembled. 8. Knowledge of safety and security requirements as outlined in applicable safety standards, regulations and technical orders. 9. Ability to clean work area and/or job site upon completion of work. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
