Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge of evaluation techniques to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of primary and secondary education programs and projects; knowledge of social services delivery systems as well as the methods, practices and procedures utilized to access them; skill in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns/issues, provide assistance in developing goals and plans, and determine appropriate referral services/options; communication skills sufficient for informing individuals and/or groups for the purpose of explaining school liaison programs, objectives and policies and obtaining the individual's/group's reaction to information presented. OR EDUCATION:
Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree if related to the position from an accredited university or college. OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Successfully completed 3 full years of graduate level education and I have some specialized experience. Therefore, I have a combination of specialized experience and graduate level education to qualify for this position. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in -grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of educational principles, practices, and concepts to serve as a liaison between the military community and local school system(s). 2. Practical knowledge of social services delivery systems as well as practices, procedures, and methods utilized for accessing them. 3. Knowledge and ability of evaluative techniques and data collection to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of primary and secondary education programs and projects. 4. Knowledge of policies and regulations governing the operations of public schools systems and applicable Air Force regulations. 5. Ability to use interviewing theories and techniques to gather education and personal information in order to advise individuals regarding primary and secondary education needs/opportunities. 6. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations using tact and diplomacy in interactions with individuals/families, school representatives, and leadership. PART-TIME OR UNPAID
Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
